At PihuShopix.com, we strive to ensure your shopping experience is smooth and satisfying. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, our return policy outlines the process and conditions under which you may return items.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or not as described.

  • The wrong item was delivered.

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)

  • Personal care products, cosmetics, or hygiene-related items.

  • Customized or made-to-order items.

  • Items marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page.

  • Products returned without original packaging or missing accessories.


3. Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return:

    • Log in to your PihuShopix account.

    • Go to "My Orders" and select the item you wish to return.

    • Click on “Return” and provide the reason.

  2. Approval & Pickup:

    • Our team will review your request.

    • If approved, a return pickup will be scheduled (if applicable) or you'll be guided on how to send it back.

  3. Inspection:

    • Once we receive the product, it will undergo a quality check.

  4. Refund:

    • On successful inspection, the refund will be processed to your original payment method or wallet within 5–7 business days.


4. Return Conditions

  • Products must be returned in original condition, with all tags, accessories, and invoices.

  • Returns are accepted only through our authorized logistics partners.

  • In case of a refund for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will request bank account details for NEFT refund.


5. Exchange Policy

  • We offer exchanges for eligible items (e.g., size/color mismatch).

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • If the desired item is unavailable, we will process a refund.


6. Cancellation Before Dispatch

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch from "My Orders."

  • If already shipped, cancellation is not possible—you must request a return after delivery.
